Keep conviction. Define your downside. Explore collateral-backed agreements that connect crypto holders with stablecoin capital.
One agreement. Two perspectives. Clear terms for both.
Every deposit, condition, observation date, and settlement asset is defined before commitment.
Know the collateral, premium, payment condition, and observation rule before you take a side.
Asset holders and stablecoin providers deposit the collateral required by the market.
The defined data source and observation schedule determine whether the condition is met.
Collateral moves according to the agreed rule, using the assets specified from the start.
Move the settlement price. Understand both sides.
One observation at expiry. Below $2,400: exchange the holder’s 1 ETH for the provider’s 2,400 USDC. At or above $2,400: return both deposits. Provider keeps the 120 USDC premium in either case.
Collateral backs the specified obligations. Your outcome still depends on the agreement and the systems behind it.
Protection applies only when the defined payment condition is met at the scheduled observation.
Capital providers may receive an asset worth less than the stablecoins they deposited.
Smart contracts, oracle data, and stablecoin stability can affect settlement even when collateral is fully funded.
Understand the agreement.
Then decide if it fits.
Both participants deposit the assets needed to fund the market’s specified settlement obligations. It does not eliminate smart contract, oracle, stablecoin, or market risk.
In these illustrative markets, the asset holder pays a fixed USDC premium to the capital provider. The provider keeps it whether or not the settlement condition is met.
These examples use one observation at expiry, based on a simulated reference price. A real market must identify its oracle, exact observation time, precision, and handling of delayed or invalid data before deposits.
Early exits are not supported in this demo. Any future market must state whether an exit mechanism exists and its conditions before participants commit capital.
This is an interactive proposed-product demonstration. Markets, capacity, and prices are illustrative; no wallet funds are connected and no onchain agreements are created.
